Puzzle - Are you ready to reshape your health?

"Before healing someone, ask if they're willing to give up the things that make them sick." ― Hippocrates

In our inner and outer mosaics of life, we encounter diverse challenges. For some, the fight against cancer becomes an indelible piece of this puzzle. That's why, in this blog, I invite you to focus together on the profound analogy of health, as something more meaningful than well-being on a daily basis. In this puzzle, pieces represent the myriad aspects of your wholeness - your personality, health, relationships, life events, environment, and disease.

Sometimes, we are not conscious of how the wrong pieces are put in this picture;

Sometimes, we let those wrong pieces become parts of our life.

If we want our health to be strong and solid, we must seek or create missed puzzle parts, in order to fulfill the blank spaces, made by the life traumas and achieve the healing.

Now, let me tell you about four meaningful dimensions of our health puzzle:

1. Your Mind - as a mental and spiritual self.

In this central part, you exist as a person, an individual.

You, as a mindful, smart, kind, melancholic, sad, sometimes exhausted, stubborn, quiet or noisy, emotional, empathetic or apathetic, loving and caring, snotty-nosed, or narcissistic...

Your personality and body are enriched by your memories, experiences, desires, and passion, losses and achievements, traumas and healings, or open wounds.

Collective unconsciousness or your unconscious mind turns your personality into a field of opposed passions, internal or external conflicts, mental or physical disturbances.

It's a reflection or embodiment of your past or current relationships, the roads already taken or must-go.

In order to open the door to peace or healing, you have to take responsibility for yourself.

2. Your Body - as a reflection of vitality.

Now, as you are reading these words, for a minute, imagine yourself, your body in space, like Leonardo da Vinci's Vitruvian Man.

Imagine and follow your thoughts according to you as a whole being, as a union of your physical and spiritual being, your mind and heart.

As a point of your body's cell division and multiplication, as a place where life and death meet with each other.

This is a place where various physiological processes occur, such as all your reflexes, excretion, multiplication, pleasure and displeasure, hormonal balances or imbalances, neuronal signal exchanges, metabolism, dysfunctions, illnesses, and healing, which create, restart, or refresh the vitality of the organism through energy exchanges.

And the only host of this home is you.

3. Your Environment - people, events, climate change and pollutants, lifestyle conflicts. Everything that benefits or harms your wholeness.

In this realm, you're not just an individual but a part of the world around you.

Your surroundings, the people you meet, the events that happen—they shape your experiences, influence your emotions and overall health.

But, be mindful. Not all elements in this environment are benevolent. There are pollutants, both tangible and intangible, that can disrupt your well-being. Toxic relationships, negative events, and the burdens of daily life can cast shadows on your spirit.

To open the door to peace and healing, you must take responsibility for the energy you allow into your space.

Choose environments that nurture your soul, seek connections that uplift you, and know the healing power of a healthy lifestyle.

4. Illness - The wrong part of the puzzle, as an outcome of the negative interaction between the first three dimensions.

Today, cancer has taken a severe toll on your body.

On the one hand, you feel like a broken person into particles; On the other hand, that kind of body-revolution makes you feel deep pain.

Here you become aware that your life will never be the same; you will never be the same person, nor will your body's flow ever take the same shape.

This awareness causes strong anxiety, panic, confusion in you.

The cancer, on its way, as a wrong figure of your life's mosaic,

As a wrong arrow of time, brings chaos and destruction to your life.

Are you ready to reshape your life's puzzle?

Try to see your illness in the same context:

Just as you eliminate everything that disturbs you.

As you throw away the garbage,

As you destroy the insects or parasites when they try to bite you,

As you take off unnecessary clothes during sweatiness.

  • Don't believe that it is stronger than you. Believe that you are the stronger one because you are a human being.

  • Don't believe that cancer cells could fight against you. It's you who can fight against the illness because you are a human being.

  • Don't believe that it can beat you. Believe that you can beat cancer with zero fear.

Don't accept cancer in your life.

It is a useless, mindless, stupid bunch of abnormal cells.

Believe, that It will never become the figure of your life's mosaic.

Accept the diagnosis.

Make a healing plan, set life goals, but don't allow the illness to dominate your thoughts.

Give yourself the right to be the one who chooses, fights, and wins for his life.

Restructure your thoughts and think that cancer can't fight. It does not have a goal. It follows an inertia.

Control is in your hands.

Try to stay calm and mindful.

Control is in your hands when you plan your treatment with your doctor, when you are ready for possible pain and changes but fearlessly wait for your first chemotherapy or surgery.

The control is in your hands.

Are you ready to reshape your life's puzzle?
